It felt like fall, so HB and I went on a hike to Forest Park near our place in Queens. I’d say it is best known for its golf course, historic (unused) carousel and winding (litter-dotted) hiking trails. Queens! For us, though, the peaceful, reminds-me-of-home pine forest is the most satisfying spot. We romped. We climbed stumps. We ate a cheese stick. Took some photos. There ya go.
